National women’s football team loses to Iran, misses out on Asian cup

AMMAN – The national women's football team failed make the Asian Cup (India 2022), after losing to the Iranian team 4-2 on penalties, after the match ended in a 0-0 tie in extra time.اضافة اعلان

The match took place on Saturday at the Bunyodkor Stadium in the Tashkent city of Uzbekistan.

With this result, the women’s national football team has failed to qualify for the Asian Cup for the third consecutive time, having participated in the 2014 Vietnam cup, having hosted the last Asian Cup in the Kingdom in 2018.
