Jordan's U-20 national team has qualified for the 2027 AFC Asian Cup finals despite a 0-1 loss to Tajikistan in a match held Sunday evening at Khalifa Sports Stadium in Bahrain, marking the conclusion of its Asian qualifiers campaign.

The national team finished second in Group 4 with 6 points, behind group leader Tajikistan, who also had 6 points but held the edge on head-to-head results, securing its spot in the 2027 Asian finals for the tenth time in its history.
The team lined up as follows: Mohammad Al-Shalool, Omar Al-Khatib, Qusai Dhib, Iyad Al-Amawi, Muhannad Al-Muhaysiri, Ali Al-Nuaimi, Mohammad Al-Bitar (Adib Ramadan), Saud Abu Zaid (Mohammad Abu Ramh), Mohammad Handouma (Qais Al-Shawashra), Nasser Al-Dajani (Malek Al-Bustanji), and Abdul Rahman Al-Zughaibeh (Mahmoud Al-Tumaizi).
China is preparing to host the tournament finals for the second consecutive time, with the competition set to take place in March 2027.
