Half a ton of assorted flavored tobacco (Maassel)
20 kilograms of tobacco unfit for consumption
2,000 packs of cigarettes

Customs stated that these efforts aim to protect the national economy, safeguard public health, combat commercial fraud, and prevent smuggled goods that violate public health standards. They also seek to ensure market fairness and raise awareness about the risks of smuggling and its negative impact on society and the economy.
The success of these operations is attributed to close cooperation between customs and security agencies, as well as genuine partnership with citizens, who are considered a key pillar in anti-smuggling efforts by providing information that protects public health and supports compliant traders.
Customs emphasized the continued enforcement of market surveillance and the elimination of smuggling sources that directly affect local industries and the national economy. Citizens are urged to cooperate and immediately report any activities or violations that may harm the economy or public health via the toll-free number 105 – Anti-Smuggling Operations Center.
