The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) condemned in the strongest terms on Wednesday the treacherous Iranian attacks targeting the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the State of Kuwait. The council also denounced the accompanying targeting of infrastructure and vital facilities, which resulted in the injury of several armed forces personnel in Kuwait.

GCC Secretary-General Jasem Al-Budaiwi emphasized that Iran's actions represent an unprecedented escalation and reflect a clear determination to violate all international rules and norms, alongside an unacceptable disregard for the consequences of dragging the region into further tension and instability.
Al-Budaiwi pointed out that targeting infrastructure and vital facilities does not only threaten the targeted nations but also directly impacts the security of the entire region.
He called on the international community to take practical and deterrent steps to guarantee a halt to repeated Iranian aggressions and to hold those responsible accountable, thereby preserving regional peace and security and preventing the region from sliding into further escalation.
He stressed that the GCC stands united with Jordan, Bahrain, and Kuwait, supporting all measures they take to protect their security, sovereignty, and territorial integrity, while wishing a speedy recovery to the injured members of the Kuwaiti armed forces.
