France to provide over 30M euros to UNRWA

PARIS — The French Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that Paris will provide more than 30 million euros to UNRWA this year to support its operations amidst the devastating Israeli war on the Gaza Strip, Al-Mamlaka TV reported. اضافة اعلان

Ministry spokesperson Christophe Lemoine told journalists, "We will contribute while ensuring that UNRWA fulfills the necessary conditions to carry out its duties free from incitement to hatred and violence."

No specific timing was mentioned for the next installment payment to the agency. According to the usual schedule, the next tranche is scheduled for disbursement in April.
