Death toll in Gaza rises to 30,800, 72% of which are children and women

GAZA — The number of Palestinians killed as a result of Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to over 30,800, with the number of wounded reaching nearly 72,400, according to a new toll from the Ministry of Health in the besieged enclave on Friday.اضافة اعلان

Ashraf Al-QUdra, the ministry's spokesman, reported in a daily update on the number of fatalities and injuries from the ongoing Israeli aggression, now spanning 154 days, stating, "The toll of the Israeli aggression has risen to 30,878 killed and 72,402 injured since October 7th last year,” Al-Mamlaka TV reported.

The Israeli occupation army committed 8 massacres against families in the Gaza Strip, resulting in 78 fatalities and 104 injuries in the past 24 hours, according to Qudra.

Meanwhile, "some of the victims are still trapped under rubble and in the streets," with "the occupation preventing ambulance and civil defense teams from reaching them."

Qudra noted that 72 percent of the victims of the Israeli aggression were children and women.
