National fencing team athlete Dina Al-Mansi concluded, on Tuesday, her participation in the 20th edition of the Asian Games held in the Japanese city of Nagoya, after reaching the round of 16 in the épée competition.

Al-Mnesi bowed out of the competition in the round of 16 against Kazakhstan's Irina Kazbekalidina, having advanced past the round of 32 with a win over Uzbekistan's Malika Khakimova.
Al-Mansi had qualified for the knockout rounds after securing two wins in the group stage, against Kyrgyzstan's Akkanat Kanatovna Kenishova and China's Yang Jingwen, against three losses to Japan's Tamaki Terayama, the Philippines' Juliana Ma. Beatrice Gomez, and Kazakhstan's Vladislava Andreeva.
The national fencing team continues its participation in the Games on Wednesday, with athlete Abdullah Al-Tahlah competing in the sabre event.
