Hany Shaker’s talent was discovered in 1972 by the late composer Mohamed El Mougi, who introduced him to the radio with the song "Ehkya Ya Donia," marking the start of his artistic journey. Throughout his career, Shaker performed over 600 songs and released 29 albums, including notable titles such as Alyoum Gamil, Kon Fayakoun, Ism Ala El Waraq, Aghla Bashar, and Al-Hulm Al-Gamil.

He also ventured into acting with films like "When Love Sings" and "This I Love, and That I Want," and participated in plays such as "Cinderella and the Praiser." In 2015, Shaker was elected President of the Egyptian Musicians Syndicate, where he made several significant decisions aimed at organizing and developing the artistic scene.

Personal Life
Hany Shaker married Ms. Nahla Tawfik in 1982, and they had two children: a daughter, Dina, and a son, Sherif.

A Career Decorated with Honors
The artist received numerous local and international awards and medals, including the Order of Merit (First Class) from Tunisia and the Order of Jerusalem from the late Palestinian President Yasser Arafat. He was also honored at various festivals and cultural events within Egypt and across the Arab world.
