Lebanese actress Nadine Al Rassi revealed, for the first time, personal secrets about her life after appearing with short hair, which raised many questions about the reasons behind the change.

In media statements on the “Al Mashhad” platform with Lebanese presenter Mohammad Qais, she explained that cutting her hair was not just a change in appearance, but a transformation in her personality.
Al Rassi revealed that she attempted to end her life on two occasions due to her deep fear of losing her children. She recounted the most difficult night of her life, during which she swallowed 90 pills before her son sensed the danger and rushed to save her from certain death.
Through tears, she continued that she remained away from her children for seven years due to circumstances beyond her control, adding that she still keeps their belongings as they left them. She also carries her son’s baby tooth in her handbag as a memory from before they were separated.
Nadine spoke about the loss of her brother George, emphasizing that his death was the tragedy that broke her, and time has not healed the pain. She added that some of the comments she heard after his passing—especially those linking the tragedy to “karma”—were a form of mockery of fate and divine will.
She also pointed out that some people took advantage of her kindness, noting that the most dangerous relationships are those in which someone loves themselves through you instead of loving you.
Al Rassi revealed that she is currently in a new love relationship in every sense of the word, describing her partner as a poet and intellectual with a wonderful voice who brought happiness and peace back into her life. She stressed that he is the person who made her heart beat again after everything she has been through.
