Renowned Egyptian actor Mohamed Sobhi recently suffered a health setback at his home, prompting his family to transfer him immediately to a hospital for medical care.

According to informed sources, Sobhi is under close medical monitoring in the intensive care unit and is currently not fully conscious.
A source close to the actor told Youm7 that his condition is serious, noting that doctors are closely following developments and praying for his speedy recovery.
Sobhi had recently made his first television appearance after a long absence, appearing as a guest on the program “Al-Ashira” hosted by Mohamed Saeed Mahfouz on Extra News channel. During the interview, he spoke candidly about his intellectual and artistic positions, emphasizing the importance of oversight in artistic works, stating: “If there is no supervision, I would say: there must be supervision.”
He also reflected on his long journey in the arts, discussing his achievements, dreams, and the reflections or regrets that come with a career spanning over four decades.
