Yarmouk University gets funds to help regional academics

AMMAN — The geography department at Yarmouk University has won funding to implement a project to support academics from the Levant specialized in geography, environment, geoinformatics and geology in the period 2021-2022. اضافة اعلان

The funds will be provided by the Germany Academic Exchange Service (DAAD). According to the project’s supervisor, Khalid Hazaimeh, the program aims at the supporting early-career researchers from Jordan, Syria and Lebanon in the said fields, supported via e-learning facilities by German experts, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
