Steakhouse Butcher & Still takes over La Capitale June 9–17

AMMAN — Butcher & Still from the Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi is taking over La Capitale Brasserie from June 9 to 17, the steakhouse said in a statement.اضافة اعلان

Butcher & Still is voted in the top 50 best restaurants in the Middle East and North Africa. La Capitale is a French restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel in Amman.

Head Chef Marshall Röth along with his Sous Chef Kartik Dubey will take over La Capitale for nine days “so guests can experience an original Chicago-style steakhouse,” the statement said.

It said guests at La Capitale can look forward to the signature Truffle Brioche bread, the mouthwatering crab mac & cheese as an appetizer, the 1.2kg signature Tomahawk steak or the lobster Thermido. “For the grand finale,” is said that clients should try “the unforgettable New York style cheesecake or the classic mud pie.”

“There is so much more to experience that guests will visit more than once during the nine days,” the statement concluded.
