The charter signing ceremony took place at Orange Jordan’s headquarters in Abdali and was attended by representatives from the Higher Council for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (HCD), UN Women, Humanity & Inclusion, and several executives from the company.

The ceremony featured a musical performance from the Orient Spirit Organization, and Orange Jordan’s executives creating colorful handprints in a sign of commitment to inclusion and diversity on all levels in the company, as a workplace that welcomes everyone and ensures equal opportunities.

Joining the handprint activity, the CEO of Orange Jordan, Thierry Marigny, stated: “empowerment, inclusion, and diversity are essential in our work culture. Our focus is not solely on the percentage of representation, but also on embracing differences as an added value, evident in the diversity of our teams, gender equality and zero tolerance for discrimination. We continue such efforts in line with the digital sector’s role as a lever for inclusion”.

Marigny thanked the HCD, UN Women, Humanity & Inclusion and the Orient Spirit Organization for supporting empowerment, highlighting the importance of their efforts in enhancing inclusion across various sectors.

Orange Jordan's Chief Legal, Regulatory, Sourcing, Supply Chain & Human Resources Officer, Dr. Ibrahim Harb, affirmed the company’s commitment to building a culture of integration and inclusion, supporting employees’ growth and enhancing their skills in line with the company’s ambitions.

A discrimination-free, inclusive environment remains a priority for Orange Jordan, which received the Diversity certification of the Gender Equality European & International Standard (GEEIS) granted by Bureau Veritas.
