Jordan
Ahli Bank has
announced the appointment of Mr. Ahmad Jaradat as Head of Personal Banking,
joining the management team with more than 25 years of experience in branch
management, retail banking and business development.

Jaradat brings extensive expertise in spearheading
branch networks and overseeing banking operations, business development and
sales growth, performance and profitability, customer experience, risk
management, compliance and team development. Over the course of his career, he
has worked with a wide range of customer segments, including retail, VIPs and SMEs.
Commenting on the appointment, Jordan
Ahli Bank CEO/General Manager, Ahmad Abu Eideh, welcomed Jaradat to the
management team, stating, “Personal banking is a core part of our relationship
with our customers, and we continue to foster it in line with their needs and
expectations. Ahmad brings to our team a long banking career that combines
customer insight, business development, team leadership and growth delivery —
experience we value in supporting the bank’s direction in this area. We look

For his part, Jaradat added, “I am

Prior to joining Jordan Ahli Bank,
Jaradat held several leadership positions within the banking sector, most
recently as Senior Vice President and Head of Branches at Housing Bank. He
previously served as Branches Affairs Center Manager and as Abdoun Branch
Manager at the same bank. Jaradat also served as Main Branch Manager at
Standard Chartered and as Mecca Street Branch Manager at INVESTBANK, in
addition to holding several positions at Housing Bank during earlier stages of
his career.
Jaradat holds a Master’s degree in
Financial Management from the Arab Academy for Management, Banking and
Financial Sciences and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Yarmouk
University. He is a Chartered Risk Analyst and Chartered Portfolio Manager,
both certified by the American Academy of Financial Management, and has
completed a range of training programs in leadership techniques, change
management, marketing and segment management, customer service and sales
management, anti-money laundering and banking secrecy.
