Injaz is a Jordanian non-profit organization that helps to empower young people through education and training.

The new members are set to benefit from the various services provided by Injaz and community institutions that seek to expand their business. The partnership comes as a result of a collaboration with the Jordanian Innovative Startups and Small-Medium-sized Enterprises Fund and the International Rescue Committee.

Diverse startupsThe startups working across sectors such as education technology, environment, information technology, manufacturing, foodstuffs, and others were chosen by Injaz following a registration and promotion process for entrepreneurs interested in developing and building their startups.

The incubation period for startups lasts for one year, starting with an intense training camp to boost their capabilities and prepare them for the incubator's programs, including mentorship and other services that startups need at this stage.

MySTARTUP provides a general evaluation of the basic needs of each startup to understand their strengths and weaknesses and work on improving them.

It also offers training rooms, meeting halls, workspaces for companies to design and develop products, and a private service office designated for entrepreneurs.

Integrated entrepreneurship environmentThe incubator provides the opportunity for entrepreneurs to meet and exchange expertise to create an integrated entrepreneurship environment.

It also considers the needs of female entrepreneurs by providing a suitable work environment and organizing events for startups to present offers to partner with investors in the private sector.

To keep pace with the technology sector, mySTARTUP provides modern methods of visual communication. Entrepreneurs participate in specialized leadership training online, facilitating communication between mentors and entrepreneurs to transfer knowledge and expertise.

The incubator also reaches out to the best business incubators globally to provide the latest methods used in developing entrepreneurship and entrepreneurs and provide entrepreneurial programs from international business incubators.
