Gold Price for 21-Carat at JD 68.4 in Local Market

The price of one gram of 21-carat gold, the most in demand among citizens, stood at JD 68.4 for selling at jewelry shops on Saturday, compared with JD 66.2 for buying, amid moderate demand.اضافة اعلان

The selling price of one gram of 24-, 18-, and 14-carat gold was JD 78.4, JD 60.8, and JD 46.2 respectively.

According to Rubhi Allan, head of the General Syndicate of Owners of Trade and Jewelry Shops, the price of the Rashadi lira coin, weighing 7 grams, reached JD 480, while the English lira coin, weighing 8 grams, stood at JD 547.

Allan told the Jordan News Agency (Petra) that the yellow metal closed its weekly trading on the global market on Friday at USD 3,372 per ounce.
