Amman Stock Exchange Records JD 6.8 Million in Trading Volume

The general stock price index closed at 3,482 points, marking an increase of 0.53% for the day.

Out of 106 listed companies traded, 49 companies recorded gains, while 23 saw declines in their share prices.

On a sectoral level:

The financial sector index rose by 0.90%

The services sector index slightly fell by 0.05%

The industrial sector index edged up by 0.05%

These figures reflect a moderately positive day for the ASE, driven mainly by gains in the financial sector.
