Amman - His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II, the Regent, on Thursday attended a tactical exercise conducted by the 40th King Hussein bin Talal Royal Armoured Brigade of the Central Military Region.
His Royal Highness was briefed on the progress of various operational, logistical, and training matters, as well as on the objectives of the exercise.
The exercise simulated area defence operations, with the participation of various army formations and the use of drones in the theater of operations for reconnaissance and attack.
In addition, the exercise utilised medium-range artillery, anti-tank weaponry, explosives, and aerial cover by fighter jets and choppers from the Royal Jordanian Air Force.
His Royal Highness commended the advanced skills, capabilities, and readiness displayed during the exercise, praising the professionalism and high morale of the participants.
