Public Security: Remnants of Explosive Object Fall in an Uninhabited Area in Irbid Governorate

The spokesperson for the Public Security Directorate stated that a report was received by the operations room at the Irbid Governorate Police Directorate on Friday evening regarding the fall of an unknown object in an uninhabited area in one of the governorate’s districts.

He added that security personnel immediately moved to the site, where it was determined that the object was remnants of an explosive device. He confirmed that the incident resulted in no human injuries or material damage.

The spokesperson also indicated that the relevant authorities were called to the scene and have begun handling the situation.
