Public Security Details Incident of Officer Run Over in Jerash

Amman — The spokesperson for the Public Security Directorate provided details regarding the recent incident in which a Public Security officer in Jerash was run over.اضافة اعلان

According to the statement, a report was received a few days ago by the Jerash Police Operations Room, indicating that a vehicle was performing stunts in Jerash and that the driver ran over a minor during the act. Security forces were immediately dispatched to the scene.

Upon arrival, the driver attempted to evade arrest and ran over a security officer holding the rank of Lieutenant. The officer was taken to Haya Military Hospital in moderate condition. All parties involved were apprehended, and investigations have been initiated.
