Ministry of Education Announces Start Dates for 2025–2026 Academic Year

Sunday, August 17, 2025: School staff and teaching personnel are scheduled to return to work.

Wednesday and Thursday, August 20–21, 2025: Distribution of textbooks to students and completion of enrollment procedures for transferred students.

Sunday, August 24, 2025: The first semester officially begins for students.

Sunday, January 25, 2026: The second semester begins.

The Ministry emphasized that these dates were set to support efforts to improve educational outcomes and ensure a smooth start to the school year.
