In a press statement, the ministry explained that the interviews—held at the Education Quality and Accountability Unit—are part of the recruitment process within the ministry, or for the purpose of scholarship nominations under the Advanced Teacher Preparation and Qualification Program.
Secretary-General for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Sahar Al-Shekhātirah, reviewed the procedures and emphasized the ministry’s full commitment to the laws and regulations governing the work of the interview committees, ensuring transparency and integrity throughout the process.
During her meeting with a number of male and female candidates, Al-Shekhātirah stated that the ministry aims, through these procedures, to implement the public sector recruitment and selection system in accordance with the Human Resources Regulation issued in 2024.
