The pilgrims expressed satisfaction with the level of services provided, including food, beverages, and hotel accommodations, and extended their gratitude to the minister for the care they received.
During the tour, which was accompanied by members of the media delegation, Dr. Al-Khalayleh listened to pilgrims’ feedback and instructed the administrative and guidance teams to follow up on the pilgrims’ needs and address any issues that may arise.
Speaking to the press from one of the hotels, Al-Khalayleh confirmed that all Jordanian pilgrims are in good health and safe, with all necessary services readily available.
He emphasized that the pilgrims lack nothing, noting that ministry personnel are on the ground to serve them. He also advised pilgrims to rest and avoid crowds and extreme heat during these days.
Al-Khalayleh further noted that ministry teams are currently present in Arafat to prepare the camps ahead of the 8th of Dhul-Hijjah, when all pilgrims will be transported to Arafat to begin the official rites of Hajj.
