According to a statement issued by the organization on Tuesday, the training—supported by the Ford Foundation and part of the project for the economic and psychological empowerment and recovery of Jordanian women—serves as a successful model that combines the preservation of Jordan’s cultural heritage with the creation of new economic opportunities for participants. The program enabled beneficiaries to acquire advanced technical and artistic skills, improving their chances for self-employment and generating sustainable sources of income.
The statement further explained that this activity is part of the organization's broader training-for-empowerment programs, which aim to transition beneficiaries from receiving aid to achieving self-reliance and productivity, aligning with the organization’s vision of building stronger and more resilient communities.
