Jordan is carrying out a land evacuation on Wednesday for approximately 34 patients from the Gaza Strip, accompanied by 97 individuals, according to Brigadier General Ahmad Al-Subaihat, Director of Field Medicine at the Royal Medical Services.

Speaking to Al-Mamlaka TV on Tuesday, Al-Subaihat stated that Jordan has received a total of 363 people from Gaza since the launch of King Abdullah II’s initiative to treat patients from the Strip. This total includes 117 patients and 246 companions.
He explained that the patients are distributed between the King Hussein Cancer Center and various private hospitals, with the majority being children.
Al-Subaihat noted that the Royal Medical Services has carried out around seven evacuation operations for patients from Gaza to Jordan. He also emphasized that patients return to their homeland after completing treatment.
