The General Secretariat of the Judicial Council told the Jordan News Agency, Petra, that the decision was based on the forensic report and the report of the technical committee elected from doctors and specialists, who confirmed that the power outage at the hospital was not associated to the death of two patients earlier this week.

The decision is subject to approval by the attorney general, according to Petra.
An investigation was launched into the incident following the deaths.
