During the visit, Al-Budour stressed that the purpose of such surprise visits is “to see reality as it is and address shortcomings wherever they exist,” emphasizing the importance of supporting Ministry of Health staff in their workplaces and directly listening to the challenges they face in their work environment.

The minister toured several hospital departments, meeting with staff and patients, where he listened to their feedback and suggestions, and directed that any shortcomings affecting the quality of services provided to citizens be promptly addressed.

Al-Budour affirmed that the Ministry of Health will continue conducting such surprise visits as an effective tool to enhance transparency and improve the quality of healthcare services across the governorates.

He added that this approach comes within the framework adopted by the government, led by Prime Minister Dr. Jaafar Hassan, which focuses on activating fieldwork by ministers, going directly to service sites, listening closely to citizens’ concerns, and working to address them promptly and effectively.
