13 unlicensed pharmacies shut down in Amman

AMMAN — The Jordan Food and Drug Administration (JFDA) monitoring and inspection teams have shut down 13 branches of an unlicensed pharmaceutical company, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.اضافة اعلان

JFDA Director-General Nizar Mheidat said the company was caught opening branches in Amman and practicing the profession without acquiring a license from the Ministry of Health.

The JFDA called on citizens to contact it if they have any observation, inquiry, or complaint via the toll-free complaints line 117114, e-mail info@jfda.jo, and through the "WhatsApp" application on the number 0795632000 available around the clock.
