Al-Wehdat SC beat Al-Sadd, revive AFC Champions League hopes

AMMAN — Jordan’s Al-Wehdat SC revived their hopes at the AFC Champions League after defeating the Qatari Al-Sadd 3–1, in a match that brought them together at Prince Muhammad Bin Fahd Stadium in Dammam. اضافة اعلان

The match was part of the fourth round of the fifth group in the championship.

Al-Wehdat’s Muhammad Al-Damiri scored in the minute 47, Khaled Essam at minute 59, and Ahmed Samir at minute 74, while Bruno Tabata scored the goal of Al-Sadd at minute 53.

Currently, Saudi’s Al-Faisaly leads the scoreboard with eight points followed by Uzbekistan’s Nasaf with five points, and Al-Wehdat and Al-Sadd both come in with four points.
