During his meeting with the Slovak Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivan Korcok, at the headquarters of the Amman Chamber of Industry, Jaghbir said that the volume of trade between the two countries is average, with Jordan’s exports to Slovakia last year, mostly pharmaceutical and chemical products, not exceeding $600,000, and imports from Slovakia, mainly vehicles and heavy machinery, amounting to about $14 million.

Discussed at the meeting was the possibility of increasing joint investments. It has been agreed that a Jordanian trade delegation will visit Slovakia soon.
