White House backtracks on Biden's beheaded babies statements

WASHINGTON US president Joe Biden has been forced to backtrack on his claim of having seen images of beheaded babies in settlements in Southern Israel - a white house official told CNN that no photos had been verified and Biden's claims were based on Israeli media reports, according to the Washington Post. اضافة اعلان

The official clarified that Biden and U.S. officials "have not seen these images and have not independently verified that Hamas is behind these claims."

This clarification from the White House came shortly after President Biden's speech during a meeting with Jewish community leaders, where he said that it was up to Americans to see what was happening.
