She said, “It is worth noting that some of the symptoms include sweating—especially at night—enlarged lymph nodes, and a prolonged fever with no other accompanying symptoms.”
She also pointed out that shortness of breath or a persistent cough that does not respond to treatment is a valid reason to consult a doctor.
The doctor noted that unexplained weight loss, excessive fatigue, and decreased performance could also indicate the presence of a tumor.
She added, “General weakness that lasts for a long time is also a distinctive sign that may point to a tumor.”
Dr. Khodova strongly recommends consulting a specialist if any of these symptoms appear—even one of them—in order to diagnose the cause and prescribe appropriate treatment.
She concluded by saying, “A tumor is a pathological process that affects tissues and organs. It is very important to identify the type of tumor to determine the proper course of treatment. We must understand that tumors can mimic other diseases for many years. However, there are several symptoms that should alert the patient and prompt them to seek medical attention and examination.”
