Jordan’s Minister of Investment, Dr. Tareq Abu Ghazaleh, met on Monday with the Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Amman, Timur Urazaev, to explore ways to strengthen economic and investment cooperation between Jordan and Kazakhstan. The meeting follows up on the outcomes of King Abdullah II’s recent official visit to Kazakhstan.

Minister Abu Ghazaleh emphasized that the royal visit marked a pivotal milestone, opening new horizons for bilateral cooperation. He stressed that the Ministry of Investment is keen to build on these outcomes by expanding the base of economic partnerships and exploring investment opportunities that serve the mutual interests of both countries.
He also highlighted Jordan’s ongoing efforts to enhance the business environment and provide facilitation for investors, expressing the Kingdom’s welcome to Kazakh investors to explore promising opportunities across various investment sectors.
For his part, the Kazakh ambassador expressed his country’s eagerness to strengthen cooperation with Jordan across multiple fields and to implement the agreed outcomes of the royal visit, contributing to solidifying economic relations between the two countries. –(Petra)
