Amman stock market ends trading on higher note

AMMAN - The Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) closed its Thursday's trading session up by 1.77 percent at 2,408 points, according to Jordan News Agency, Petra. A total of 4.5 million shares were traded through 3,799 transactions at a trading value of JOD12.3 million. The closing prices of 36 companies' shares traded at the market went up, while 28 others declined. The prices of 26 firms' shares remained stable.
