Vaccinated people can donate blood 1 month after shot — MoH

AMMAN — Vaccinated people are allowed to donate blood after a month of receiving the second dose, according to the Ministry of Health (MoH).اضافة اعلان

The ministry added in a statement that COVID-19 patients become eligible to donate blood after 14 days as of their recovery date, on condition that they are symptom-free and are not taking any medications for the coronavirus.

The decision was issued in line with the recommendations of the World Health Organization regarding blood donation, according to the statement.
