AQABA — The Badri
Association held on Tuesday an awareness seminar in partnership with the Public
Security Directorate and the Senate at the
Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority’s
amphitheater, under the title "Good Citizenship."

During the event, Aqaba
Representative Obaid Yassin gave a speech on the concept of good citizenship
and ways to consolidate and strengthen it across all sectors, especially the
youth sector,
The MP spoke about means
of implementing the concept of “good citizenship” in a practical way that
enhances national unity and employs it in civil, political, and economic
aspects.
In a statement to
Jordan
News, Yassin praised the Badri Association and its role in working to spread
this type of awareness.
Yassin also expressed his full preparedness to lobby the Lower House to
adopt the concept of the seminar, and to work on increasing the efforts of
Al-Azm parliamentary bloc, of which he is a member, to consolidate the concept
of good citizenship.
