Protest in Mafraq urges release of ‘detainees of conscience’

AMMAN — A number of activists and relatives of detainees marched from Al-Mafraq Al-Kaber mosque following Friday’s prayers to show solidarity with the Prisoners of Conscience, calling for their immediate release, according to Jo24.اضافة اعلان

The protestors stressed that they refuse to hold security negotiations with those who call for reform, fighting corruption, and investigating corrupts. They also expressed their rejection of muzzling voices and the arrest of those who practice their right of expression.

They also reaffirmed their demands for reform and said the corrupt who led the Kingdom towards economic crisis must be held accountable.
