PSD publishes weather instructions, tips to ensure safety

AMMAN — In light of the current weather conditions, the Public Security Department (PSD) on Friday called on people to adhere to the following instructions:اضافة اعلان

1.  Avoid being near valley sides and flash floods areas.
2. Move from low-lying areas to higher and safer areas, especially those in mobile homes, and check the weather status if moving between governorates.
3. Drive slowly on roads to avoid accidents; also be careful from the low-visibility  and slippery roads
4. Don’t risk crossing the road, whether you’re a pedestrian or a driver, if the water level rises.
5. Use heating devices safely and appropriately and check them in advance.
6. Don’t hesitate to call 911 if necessary.
