AMMAN — The
Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MoHE) said that the deadline for submitting university applications for Tawjihi students who graduated under the supplementary session in 2021/2022 will be at 24:00 am on Saturday, Feb. 19, 2022, According to Roya news.

The MoHE media spokesperson, Muhannad Al-Khatib, said Friday that the deadline will not be extended.
He urged students who applied for universities and did not pay the admission application fee to pay via online means like “
Efawateercom” before 10:00 pm on Sunday, Feb. 20, 2022. The application would not go through if students did not pay the fee.
The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Wajeh Owais, said that the ministry is set to cancel the parallel education program, despite the millions in revenue that it generates for universities, adding that an alternative to this program must be provided.
During a meeting with the
Parliamentary Education and Youth Committee, he noted that applications for medical and dentistry majors on the parallel program will be stopped in the future.
