His Majesty King Abdullah II will begin a visit to Japan on Saturday, marking the start of an Asian working tour that will also include Vietnam, Singapore, Indonesia, and Pakistan.

The royal tour aims to strengthen cooperation between Jordan and these countries and to enhance partnerships, particularly in economic and investment fields.
In Tokyo, His Majesty will meet with Emperor Naruhito, Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi, as well as Japanese ministers and officials. He will also hold meetings with representatives from the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), the Japan External Trade Organization, and various Japanese companies.
In Hanoi, Vietnam, the King will hold talks with President Võ Long Khánh and Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính, along with senior officials. He will attend the Jordan-Vietnam Business Forum, featuring private sector representatives from both countries, and participate in a dialogue session on establishing partnerships in the garment sector.
In Singapore, His Majesty will meet with President Tharman Shanmugaratnam and Prime Minister Lawrence Wong.
In Jakarta, Indonesia, he will hold discussions with President Prabowo Subianto and meet representatives of the Indonesian Sovereign Wealth Fund.
The tour will conclude in Pakistan, where the King will meet with President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif.
During the tour, Jordan is expected to sign cooperation agreements and memoranda of understanding with Japan, Indonesia, and Pakistan across various sectors.
