AMMAN — Today, May 15, marks the 73rd anniversary of the Nakba, also known as “the catastrophe”, which resulted in the displacement of hundreds of thousands of Palestinians from their homes.اضافة اعلان

On Saturday, in support of the Palestinian people, hundreds of Jordanians prepare to rally in Karama, near the Jordanian-Palestinian border against the ongoing violence and aggression by the Israeli occupation forces in Gaza and to mark the anniversary.

Another major rally is planned in Rabia in Amman near the Israeli embassy.

In a related development, Minister of Interior Mazen Al-Farraya advised protestors in Karama against attempts to storm the border and to "show a spirit of responsibility for their own safety".
