Jordanian Korean Friendship Association elects new board

AMMAN — The General Assembly of Jordanian Korean Friendship Association (JKFA) elected its new board of directors for the next three years, at a meeting which was held on March 9 at Medica headquarters.اضافة اعلان

After approving the administrative and financial reports elections were held. Ramzi Khoury was re-elected as chairman, Rateb Wazani as vice chairman, Akram Al- Basha as secretary general, Saleh Maraqa as treasurer, and Mahmoud Duwayri,  Ishaq Alayyan, Rafiq Dweik,  Ghaida Abu Rumman, Samir Khoury, and Nihaya Abbassi as board members.

This year marks the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the Republic of Korea (1962-2022). Since its founding in 1982, JKFA has been carrying out its goals of strengthening friendly relations between the people of Jordan and the people of the Republic of Korea in addition to consolidating cultural and community ties between the two countries.
