JD140m allocated to complete Amman-Zarqa BRT lane

AMMAN — The government has allocated JD140 million to complete the infrastructure of the bus rapid transit (BRT) project’s second phase, connecting the capital with Zarqa Governorate.اضافة اعلان

The allocation came as part of priority public-private partnership projects for 2021-2022, Al-Mamlaka TV reported.

The project includes the construction of special lanes in the middle of the road for the BRT, as well as the rehabilitation and expansion of the road on both sides to accommodate the BRT lane, in addition to 3 lanes in each direction, according to Al-Mamlaka.
