Governorate holds centenary celebration

AMMAN — Balqa Governorate held a march Wednesday in the city of Salt to celebrate Jordan’s centenary.

The march drew large crowds, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra, which added that officials from the governorate delivered speeches during the celebration.اضافة اعلان

Balqa Governor Nayef Al-Hidayat said that everyone at the march is proud that Jordan was able to achieve what it has, despite difficult circumstances.

He added that Jordan, under the leadership of His Majesty King Abdullah, has become an oasis of security and safety.
