AMMAN— The All Jordan Youth Commission (AJYC) organized around 400 courses at the commission’s headquarters with the aim of educating the youth in the foreign
languages fields, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.

The courses were conducted in line with the local and international markets’ need for mastering the English language as a condition for employment.
Head of the AJYC Abdulraheem Al-Zawahreh contended that developing the youth languages skills is a priority, including the English, Chinese, French, and German languages, adding that the commission signed agreements and partnerships with companies that support the youth sector in implementing a national program that strengthens the linguistic skills for them on all levels.
He added that all courses are provided for free and they witnessed a large turnout since they are comprehensive and adopt modern educational and empowerment methods, in addition to using assessment and evaluation methods that determine the influence of training on youth.
