Careem delivery Captain registrations in Jordan rise by 32% in 2023

PRESS RELEASE - In 2023 registrations to become a delivery Captains on the Careem Everything App witnessed a 32% surge from 2022, as applicants were drawn by Careem’s strong brand, attractive earning opportunities and flexible working hours.

Careem Captains simplify people’s lives by providing different services to customers across Amman, Irbid, and Zarqa, contributing to Jordan’s economic growth and fostering innovation in the industry. Careem delivery Captains deliver a range of meals and packages to customers and can earn up to 80 JDs a day. Captains who excel and have high ratings are given the opportunity to become Super Captains, which is a key role to maintain  a high standard of quality among Captains.

Delivery Captain Hussam Musameh, also known as Abu Abdallah, said: "Careem has been more than just an opportunity for me, it's been my anchor since I joined in 2019. It's where hard work is appreciated, and respect among colleagues is a given. Without Careem, I wouldn't have been able to achieve what I have today. I've gone from struggling to make ends meet to owning a car, providing for my family's daily needs, and ensuring my four children, some in universities and others still in schools, receive the education they deserve. Captain Nazmi Aqel, a Super Captain at Careem, commented: "I have been with Careem for 5 years now.
