AMMAN — The president of the Board of Directors of the
Jordan Basketball Federation (JBF), Mohamed Alayyan, met with the president of
Al-Wehdat Club, Bashar Al-Hawamdeh, in the presence of the vice-president of
the Olympic Committee, Sari Hamdan, on Monday, at the JBF headquarters and
discussed Wehdat’s participation in JBF events.

Hawamdeh announced his continuous support and respect for
the federation and emphasized Wehdat’s participation in all the JBF’s
activities.
Alayyan affirmed his keenness to preserve
Al-Wehdat Club in
the basketball family and the federation’s continuation of its role in
monitoring matches and applying laws on the principle of impartiality and
justice. He added that coordination would be made with the competent
authorities for approval before every game.
Hamdan praised the spirit of dialogue and affirmed the
Olympic Committee's support and appreciation for the role played by the current
federation's board of directors in developing and improving the game.
