According to data released by the relevant employment authorities, the job fair held on 14 May 2026 attracted significant interest from job seekers. A total of 320 individuals were contacted out of 387 attendees who participated in the employment event. Following the Prime Minister’s inauguration of the six new factories on 31 May, recruitment and hiring efforts have continued at an accelerated pace.

Figures as of 3 June 2026 show that 179 new workers from Karak Governorate have been hired, bringing the total number of people employed to 429 workers so far. Recruitment procedures are still ongoing in line with the factories’ operational requirements and expansion plans.

The company confirmed that newly hired employees undergo training and qualification programs during their first 15 days, covering occupational safety procedures and job requirements before their appointments are finalized and they are officially enrolled in the Social Security Corporation system.

These results reflect the direct impact of the Prime Minister’s field visits to governorates, which focus on monitoring investment projects and ensuring that they generate employment opportunities and local development benefits. They also demonstrate that Karak Governorate is beginning to reap the rewards of new industrial investments, particularly in the Qatraneh area, which is emerging as a promising industrial hub capable of providing hundreds of job opportunities for local residents.

It is worth noting that Jinsheng International Company had previously announced that its new projects in Qatraneh aim to create hundreds of jobs as part of industrial expansions that will serve as the foundation for an integrated industrial complex in the region, strengthening the investment environment and supporting efforts to reduce unemployment.
