The Minister of Agriculture, Saeb Khreissat, discussed with the Ambassador of the Czech Republic to the Kingdom, Andrea Kučerová, ways to enhance bilateral cooperation in various agricultural fields.

According to a Ministry statement released on Thursday, Khreissat emphasized the depth of relations between the two countries, highlighting the importance of building upon these ties to develop the agricultural sector and serve mutual interests.
The Minister explained that Jordan provides a favorable environment for agricultural investment, calling for the expansion of joint investment opportunities between the public and private sectors in both nations. He specifically noted the exchange of agricultural products, plant and animal production inputs, and the strengthening of cooperation in agricultural research and extension services to support sustainable agricultural development.
For her part, the Czech Ambassador expressed her pride in the level of relations between the two countries, affirming her country's commitment to developing cooperation with Jordan, particularly in the agricultural sector, through the exchange of expertise, technology transfer, and the encouragement of joint investments.
