Muslims World League denounces Quran desecration

AMMAN — The Muslim World League has strongly condemned the desecration of a copy of the Quran in Stockholm’s capital, Sweden, by an Iraqi Christian man seeking refuge in Sweden.اضافة اعلان

 The incident was described as a "disgraceful and provocative repetition of Muslim sentiments,” the Jordan News Agency, Petra reported.

In an official statement from the League's General Secretariat, reported by the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the act was denounced as "absurd and heinous," going against all religious and human norms and principles.

The League expressed its deep concern and condemnation over such actions, emphasizing the need for respect and understanding among different faiths and communities.
